dc.description.abstractThe study was carried out to examine the relationship between stakeholder management practices and stakeholder management strategies at Uganda Revenue Authority. The objectives of the study comprised of: To examine the relationship between Stakeholder Communication and strategies at Uganda Revenue Authority. To establish the relationship between Stakeholder Involvement and strategies at Uganda Revenue Authority. To establish the relationship between Stakeholder Collaboration and strategies at Uganda Revenue Authority. To determine the relationship between Stakeholder Consultation and strategies at Uganda Revenue Authority. A cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach was adopted. Data was collected using questionnaires presented to 310 respondents and 269 were returned giving a response rate of 86.77%. Data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences Version 23. Results indicated that the results of the study indicated that there was a positive relationship between stakeholder communication and strategies for stakeholder management. Findings indicated a significant positive relationship. The positive correlation suggests that as Stakeholder Involvement increases, there is a tendency for Strategies for Stakeholder Management to also increase. The high positive correlation suggests a robust relationship between Stakeholder Collaboration and Strategies for Stakeholder Management. As stakeholder collaboration increases, there is a notable tendency for the development and implementation of more comprehensive and effective stakeholder management strategies. The high positive correlation suggests a robust relationship between Stakeholder Consultation and Strategies for Stakeholder Management.The results revealed that access to Stakeholder Communication, Involvement, Collaboration, Consultation combined have a variation in strategies for stakeholder management . Though there are other factors that were not considered in the study that can explain variance in strategies for stakeholder management. It was also revealed that stakeholder consultation was the best predictor of strategies for stakeholder management. From the findings, discussions and conclusions of the study the following recommendations are made. URA should Develop an integrated stakeholder management practices that incorporates effective communication, involvement, collaboration, and consultation. Ensure that these elements are aligned with the overall organizational strategies and objectives. Invest in enhancing communication channels with stakeholders. Utilize various communication tools and platforms to ensure timely and transparent information exchange. Regularly assess the effectiveness of communication strategies to make necessary improvements.
