Abstract
The increasing demand to realize value for resources has propelled project managers to put close attention on project performance. Project performance helps organizations realize stakeholder value and minimize risks and uncertainties in terms of achieving the project objectives (Kululanga and Kuotcha, 2010). Performance of a project is achieved through keeping the project within the allocated budget, time and scope and meeting the stakeholder’s expectations (Flanagan and Norman, 2003). Hence scholars have measured project performance in terms of quality, cost, time and client satisfaction (Leon et al., 2018). Building project management requires effective coordination and collaboration between multiple project members. It can be achieved through real time communication flow between all stakeholders.
