dc.description.abstractThe study sought to investigate the communication methods at JCRC. The research was set out to; determine the communication needs of the JCRC employees, investigate the communication methods used at JCRC, establish the challenges faced by employees of JCRC during the communication process and establish strategies to improve communication between employees and management at JCRC. To undertake this study, a sample of 186 was drawn from the population of 360 employees at all JCRC sites in the country and a questionnaire was distributed to each of the sites of JCRC, collected and analyzed .Findings revealed majority of the employees had worked at JCRC for more than 6 years. This indicated that the respondents had adequate knowledge of the subject and concerns being investigated.en_US
