The respondents strongly agreed with the proposed strategies on how to enhance the revenue system. Based on the study findings, the technical team should look for functionalities that can streamline revenue-related tasks, forecasting, pricing optimization, and reporting likewise security of a system is of utmost importance when handling sensitive financial data. Therefore it should be given priority. KCCA should collect data on best practices and invest time in building internal capacity to maintain systems in place.
