The study adopted a cross-sectional research design in which a quantitative research approach was applied. A sample of 118 employees was selected using simple random sampling of which 111 employees returned fully filled questionnaires, giving a response rate of 94.04%. Results of the analysis show a strong and positive relationship between organizational culture and employee resilience.
