The objectives which guided the study were to examine the relationship between: logistics management and accessibility of family planning products and services, logistics management and total market approach of family planning products and services; and total market approach and accessibility of family planning products in selected Districts in Uganda by Health-Related NGOs. The study adopted a cross sectional study design because it gathered data from a sample of a study population at a particular time. The total sample size for this study comprised of 269. The sample contained 03 Directors, 10 Managers, 116 Employees, and 140 members from the local community. It was concluded based on the findings that there is a significant positive relationship between logistics management and accessibility of family planning products and services, logistics management and total market approach of family planning products and services, total market approach and accessibility of family planning products. It was recommended that; The Ministry of Health should set up a benchmark or scorecard on which to assess performance of health network organizations, Health distribution and network organizations should boost their market approach studies by setting up targets for reaching various territories using various means within specific limits, Community members and health beneficiaries should be sensitized about the various service points for family planning services and this will help them not only know, but also approach centers with family planning products and services hence improving the level of accessibility to family planning products and services, The NGOs Regulatory bodies should come up with a standard Contraceptives Logistics Management Information System (CLMIS) to get data which enables them to come up with informed decisions for future support and diversification. This will boost both logistics management and accessibility.
