The study examined the implications of increased students’ enrollment to the Management of Nsamizi Training Institute of Social Development. The objectives of the study were, to find out how increased student enrolment affects staffing levels at Nsamizi Training Institute of Social Development, to find out how increased student enrolment impacts on learning facilities, to investigate how increased enrolments affect the Nsamizi Training Institute of Social Development budget, to investigate how increased enrolment affect the quality of the academic programes of Nsamizi Training Institute of Social Development. A cross-sectional survey research design was used to gather data using qualitative and quantitative research methods, whereby primary data was collected via questionnaire as well as interview guide and observation. The findings showed that the teaching staff levels did not increase correspondingly with the increased enrolment of students, and remuneration had not changed. The teaching staff workload has increased in terms of teaching bigger classes, many more assignments and scripts without significant change in staff numbers. The conclusions are that the staffing levels are low and teaching staff remuneration is inadequate, the teaching staffs have a heavier workload and the teaching facilities also have been outstripped by the increased number of students. In view of the above conclusions, it is recommended that staff levels be increased to march the work involved, the teaching infrastructure should be improved to meet the high demand of the increased enrollment and the teaching staff levels should be improved to match the workload involved finally.
