Findings of the study revealed a significant positive relationship between organizational learning, NGO governance and resource mobilization. This implies that an improvement in organizational learning, NGO governance lead to a change in resource mobilization. Also the finding revealed that NGO governance mediate the relationship between organizational learning and resource mobilization and the study concluded that a mediation effect does exist since there was a positive and significant relationship. The regression analysis results show that organizational learning and NGO governance predict 55.9% of the observed variance in resource mobilization. This implies that there are other predictors of resource mobilization besides organizational learning and NGO governance, thus, further research called for to find the other predictors of resource mobilization. The study recommends that NGOs management should put more emphasis on their governance system in order to win donor resources in West Nile region in Uganda. To improve the resource mobilization there is need to improve on the legitimacy, take proper decision and follow procedures for grant from donors.
