This study evaluates the effectiveness of inventory management practices at Nina Interiors Ltd, utilising a case study research design with a sample size of 28 respondents. The research reveals a mixture of strengths and areas requiring improvement in the company's inventory management processes. Findings indicate alignment with best practices regarding the importance of accurate tracking, demand forecasting, and technology integration, but highlight notable gaps in achieving optimal inventory control. Major challenges include forecasting inaccuracies, inter-departmental communication gaps, and resistance to technological adoption. Insufficient real-time tracking and outdated tracking systems hinder operational effectiveness and demand forecasting. Recommendations include adopting advanced tracking technologies, such as Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID), strengthening communication channels, and forming reliable supplier partnerships. Emphasis is also placed on adapting inventory practices to evolving market demands and integrating sustainability considerations. Implementing these strategies would improve operational effectiveness, cost control, and customer satisfaction, ultimately bolstering Nina Interiors' competitive advantage.
