This study investigates the influence of organizational culture, internal organizational support, and technological capabilities on the adoption of electronic procurement (e-procurement) among logistics companies in Uganda. This research was guided by the technology acceptance model (TAM). The research employs a cross-sectional quantitative design, surveying 263 respondents from Logistics firms in the Kampala Metropolitan area. The findings reveal that both organizational culture and technological capabilities significantly and positively affect e-procurement adoption, while internal organizational support, though moderately correlated, does not have a statistically significant predictive power. Regression analysis indicates that technological capabilities are the most influential factors in the adoption of e-procurement, followed by organizational culture. The study concludes that enhancing IT infrastructure and fostering a supportive, innovation driven culture is critical for accelerating digital procurement practices. Recommendations include strategic investment in technology, leadership commitment, training programs, and policies that promote organizational adaptability. The research, therefore, provides valuable insights for policymakers and logistics managers. And technology implementers are aiming to optimize procurement processes through digital transformation.
