| dc.description.abstract | This research intended to assess the contribution of managerial competence and innovation capabilities in enhancing the performance of projects in dairy farms in Western Uganda. Information was gathered from various regional farm managers through a cross-sectional survey design to establish how these resources affect the projects in terms of outcome in cost, quality, and adherence to schedules. The study also used correlation and regression analysis, correlating the interrelationships among the variables. | |
