Given the nature of research objectives, correlation analysis was performed to test associations between the study variables, while a hierarchical regression analysis was used to test both the individual and combined predictive power of communications management, stakeholder engagement on implementation of poverty alleviation projects. Data was analyzed using SPSS. The study results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between communications management and implementation of poverty alleviation projects and; stakeholder engagement and implementation of poverty alleviation projects. The results also show that communications management and stakeholder engagement explain 52.6% (R2=.526) of the variation in implementation of poverty alleviation projects. Projects for people with disabilities should improve their communication management by establishing a culture that will enhance the identification, sharing and utilization of information. People with disabilities have differing needs and so should always be consulted to obtain their expectations before implementation of these projects.
