Abstract
The study aimed at establishing the relationship between intellectual capital, ethical
leadership, employee commitment and innovative work behaviors in Public Senior Secondary
Schools in Kampala. The objectives of the study were to; to examine the relationship between
intellectual capital and innovative work behavior, establish the relationship between
intellectual capital and employee commitment, ascertain the relationship between ethical
leadership and employee commitment, establish the relationship between ethical leadership
and innovative work behavior in Public Senior Secondary Schools in Kampala and examine
the mediating role of employee commitment in the relationship between intellectual capital,
ethical leadership and innovative work behavior in Public Senior Secondary Schools in
Kampala.
