| dc.description.abstract | This study examined the relationship between intellectual capital, inter-cluster coordination and services delivery in humanitarian supply chain. Specifically, the study analyzed the relationship between intellectual capital and service delivery in humanitarian supply chain, the relationship between inter-cluster coordination and service delivery in humanitarian supply chain, and the relationship between intellectual capital and inter-cluster coordination in humanitarian supply chain in Uganda. The study adopted the cross sectional study design using a questionnaire on a sample of 69 respondents. Quantitative data was analyzed using descriptive statistics that were frequencies, percentages and means, and inferential analyses that included correlation and regression. Descriptive results revealed that services delivery in humanitarian supply chain (mean = 4.07) and inter-cluster coordination of the organizations (were good but intellectual capital (mean = 3.40) was fair. Regression analysis revealed that there was a significant relationship between intellectual capital inter-cluster coordination and service delivery in humanitarian supply chain. Also, and there was a significant relationship between intellectual capital and inter-cluster coordination inter-cluster coordination in humanitarian supply chain. Therefore, it was concluded that intellectual capital is essential for service delivery in humanitarian supply chain, inter-cluster coordination is imperative for service delivery in humanitarian supply chain, and intellectual capital is imperative for inter-cluster coordination. The recommendations of this study are that organizations and government agencies involved in services delivery in humanitarian supply chain should establish strong intellectual capital, organizations and government agencies that deliver service delivery in humanitarian supply chain should implement inter-cluster coordination, and intellectual capital organizations in terms of human, relational and structural should be appropriate. | |
