The Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management Community in the Makerere University Business School Institutional Repository (MUBS IR) serves as a structured digital archive for preserving and disseminating the scholarly, research, and institutional outputs of the faculty. In alignment with the MUBS Institutional Repository Policy and global open science principles, this community promotes open access to faculty research, postgraduate theses and dissertations, conference papers, policy briefs, working papers, datasets, and innovative outputs in entrepreneurship and small business development. The Community supports: Open Access and knowledge equity, Research visibility and citation impact, Compliance with NCHE and funder mandates, Long-term digital preservation, Ethical and legally compliant dissemination of scholarly works Through this platform, the faculty contributes to strengthening entrepreneurship scholarship, enterprise innovation, MSME development research, and sustainable business growth in Uganda, the region, and globally.

Staff and researchers are encouraged to deposit working papers, policy briefs, and innovation reports to increase global discoverability and citation impact.
