    Dynamic Capability, Agile Leadership and Business Resilience among Tourism SME'S Post COVID-19 in Uganda.

    The purpose of the study was to establish the relationship between Dynamic Capability, Agile Leadership and Business Resilience among Tourism SMEs post Covid-19 in Uganda. The study’s specific objectives included; to establish the relationship between Dynamic Capability and Business Resilience among Tourism SMEs post Covid-19 in Uganda, to establish the relationship between Agile Leadership and Business Resilience among Tourism SMEs post Covid-19 in Uganda, to establish the relationship between Dynamic Capability, Agile Leadership and Business Resilience among Tourism SMEs post Covid-19 in Uganda. The researcher undertook the study using a cross-sectional research. A simple random sampling was used. Primary data was obtained from respondents using self-administered questionnaires. The study population consisted of 337 tourism SMEs. A sample of 181 registered and active tourism SMEs was arrived at using the statistical table of Krejcie and Morgan (1970). The Quantitative data collected was compiled, sorted, classified and entered in a computer. Data analysis was done using the statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS). A correlation approach was used to establish the relationship between the variables. Regression analysis was also used. The findings established that there is a positive significant relationship between dynamic capability and business resilience (r = .520**, p <.05). There is a positive significant relationship between Agile leadership and business resilience (r = .357**, p <.05) There is a positive and significant relationship between dynamic capability, Agile leadership and business resilience(r = .300**, p<.01). It was concluded that Dynamic capability and business resilience were noted to be significantly and positively related. Agile leadership influences dynamic capability. The findings substantiate that the combination of dynamic capability and agile leaders were something vital post Covid-19 era in the tourism sector. The conclusions drawn emphasize the need for government support, financial assistance, and training programs to foster dynamic capabilities and leadership agility among SMEs in Uganda's tourism industry. Such initiatives are vital not only for SME resilience but also for preserving jobs and promoting economic stability.
