    Organisation Structure, Financial Capability and Strategy Implementation in Petroleum Sector in Uganda.

    The study was conducted to determine the relationship between organisation structure, financial capability and strategy implementation in petroleum sector in Uganda. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to petroleum firms. 48 oil marketing firms out of a population of 56 participated in the study. Findings revealed the strength of the relationship between the variables and recommendations were given on how the relationships can be enhanced. Findings also revealed combined effect of the variables on strategy implementation.
