    Digital Literacy, Users’ Attitudes and Sustainability Of E-Learning in Post Covid-19 Period Within Secondary Schools in Kampala.

    This study examined the relationship between digital literacy, attitude and Sustainability of e-learning post covid-19 period within secondary schools in Kampala. The objectives were; to examine the relationship between digital literacy and Sustainability of e-learning; to examine the relationship between attitude and Sustainability of e-learning and; to examine the combined effect of digital literacy and attitude on Sustainability of e-learning. This study was a cross-sectional research design along with a quantitative research approach. The study focused on 108 respondents from 152 secondary schools in Kampala targeting mainly the computer/ ICT teachers in these sampled schools. Primary data was collected using a closed ended questionnaire. Data was analyzed in form of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using SPSS v.25. The study revealed a significant and positive association between attitude and Sustainability of e-learning. There was a positive relationship between digital literacy and sustainability of eLearning. The study found that jointly digital literacy and attitude predict of the Sustainability of e-learning. Moreover, attitude was the better predictor of sustainability of eLearning. The study concludes that digital literacy and attitude are key drivers of the sustainability of eLearning. More so, this study attests that computer/ ICT teachers within secondary school in Kampala need to focus and put more effort towards attitude to uplift significant changes in the sustainability of eLearning within secondary schools. This study recommends that a policy should be formulated enforcing all schools in Uganda to incorporate eLearning as one of the ways of delivering learning to school going students. This way, sustainability of eLearning will be justified.
