Descriptive statistics in terms of frequencies, means and standard deviation were generated. Inferential statics in terms of correlation and regression were also generated. Correlation results indicated that internet fraud preparedness and customer attitudes have a significant positive association with e-banking usage among commercial bank customers in Uganda. Additionally, regression results indicated an insignificant positive influence of internet fraud preparedness (Beta=.132, P>0.05) on e-banking usage while customer attitudes (Beta=.662, P<0.01) was found to have a significant influence on e-banking usage.
