    Inclusive Procurement Policy, Contract Management, And Supplier Job Creation: A Case of Sugarcane Out-Growers in Busoga Sub Region.

    The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between inclusive procurement policy, contract management and Supplier job creation among the sugar cane out growers in Busoga region. A quantitative cross-sectional survey was conducted from a population of 9000 sugar cane out growers using a sample size of 368 sugar cane out growers in Busoga region. Data was collected using self-administered questionnaires that were either hand delivered or emailed to respondents. Overall, filled questionnaires were received from 280 sugar cane out growers representing a response rate of 76.1% was attained for the analysis. To address the research questions in line with the study's goals, correlation and regression analysis were used in the data analysis. Inclusive procurement policy and supplier job creation, contract management and supplier job creation, and the combined effect of inclusive procurement policy and contract management on supplier job creation were all shown to have positive and significant effect according to the results. Consequently, conclusions, recommendations, and a discussion were derived from the findings.
