    (2024) Adong, Gladys Asio
The overall goal of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational culture, transformational leadership, and employee resilience at TASO Uganda. Specifically, it sought to examine the relationship between organizational culture and employee resilience, the relationship between transformational leadership and employee resilience and to examine the combined effect of organizational culture and transformational leadership on employee resilience at TASO Uganda. The study adopted a cross-sectional research design in which a quantitative research approach was applied. A sample of 118 employees was selected using simple random sampling of which 111 employees returned fully filled questionnaires, giving a response rate of 94.04%. Data was analyzed using SPSS software version 23 where correlations and regression analyses were conducted. Results of the analysis show a strong and positive relationship between organizational culture and employee resilience. Also, a strong and positive relationship between transformational leadership and employee resilience was established. In terms of predicative power, transformational leadership is a stronger predictor than organizational culture. In combination, the results show that both variables are reliable predictors of employee resilience at TASO Uganda. Organizational culture and transformational leadership as seen from the findings predicts up to 27% of the variance in employee resilience at TASO Uganda, therefore 73% of the variance is accounted for by other factors. It was recommended that management should consistently extend the necessary support to employees especially in the face of change to enable employees to cope with challenging situations and to have an effective internal communication strategy that aids employees in raising their concerns during difficult moments.
