The Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Makerere University Business School (MUBS) serves as a dynamic hub for nurturing entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, and enterprise development. Aligned with the Institutional Repository (IR) Policy, this sub-community provides a platform for collecting, preserving, and disseminating scholarly and practice-oriented outputs in entrepreneurship, innovation management, and small business development. The repository supports open access to research, enhances global visibility of academic work, and promotes knowledge sharing in line with international standards such as open science and FAIR data principles. It hosts a wide range of materials, including theses, dissertations, research papers, policy briefs, and innovation-driven projects produced by students, faculty, and collaborators.

Repository Growth: In order to increase the exposure and impact of research, the Department keeps adding fresh dissertations and student innovation projects to its digital collection. Open Access Compliance: In accordance with institutional regulation, all postgraduate students must deposit their theses within three months after finishing them. Innovation Showcase: To encourage hands-on learning and industry interaction, a selection of entrepreneurial initiatives and case studies is now on display. Training & Support: To assist researchers and students with metadata submission, licensing, and repository usage, ongoing training sessions are being held.
